Gli stipendi di cui parliamo sono internazionali — posizioni remote in aziende US/EU (Google, Meta, Datadog, Airtable, Zillow…) che assumono da qualsiasi paese, oppure con relocation. Il paese in cui vivi non fissa il tuo tetto: l’azienda che ti assume sì. Più della metà dei nostri sviluppatori sono in LATAM/Spagna e guadagnano stipendi di livello US.

È un requisito reale, non te lo abbellisco: serve un B2 conversazionale. Se leggi documentazione tecnica e reggi una riunione di 30 minuti in inglese, basta — noi rifiniamo il vocabolario specifico del colloquio. Se sei A2 o meno, questo programma non è ancora per te; prima lavora sull’inglese.

I bootcamp ti insegnano a programmare. Qui è diverso: lavoriamo su posizionamento, candidature, colloqui e negoziazione — la parte che decide davvero se ricevi l’offerta. Programmare lo sai già (altrimenti non saresti qui). Il collo di bottiglia è altrove.

Il programma richiede 5–8 ore a settimana — come guardare una serie. Ciò che chiediamo è costanza, non intensità. Se davvero non riesci a sostenere questo per 6 mesi, è onesto dire subito che il momento non è quello giusto.

Sono sincero: sono 2 ore il martedì e 2 il venerdì. Se non puoi — o non vuoi — bloccare quel tempo (chiedere un permesso, spostare una riunione, uscire un po’ prima), il problema non è l’agenda, è la priorità. Quando qualcosa conta davvero, trovi il modo. Se non lo trovi, questo programma non è ancora per te. E onestamente, se la tua carriera non è abbastanza in alto nella tua lista per ritagliarti 2 ore a settimana, cambiare livello di stipendio sarà difficile — perché crescere richiede esattamente quel tipo di decisione ogni settimana per 6 mesi.

La media è un aumento del 40% in 6 mesi, ma alcuni chiudono offerte nei primi 2 mesi e altri impiegano 8. Dipende dal tuo livello di partenza, dalla lingua e dalla costanza con cui applichi il metodo. Non vendiamo magia — vendiamo un sistema che ha funzionato con oltre 100 ingegneri.

Rimaniamo con te finché non lo ottieni. Se alla fine dei 6 mesi non hai raggiunto l’obiettivo concordato, continuiamo ad accompagnarti senza costi extra. Per questo filtrano con cura all’inizio: non possiamo permetterci di accettare chi non applicherà il metodo.
