Les salaires dont nous parlons sont internationaux — des postes en remote dans des entreprises US/EU (Google, Meta, Datadog, Airtable, Zillow…) qui recrutent depuis n’importe quel pays, ou avec relocation. Votre pays de résidence ne fixe pas votre plafond : l’entreprise qui vous embauche, si. Plus de la moitié de nos développeurs sont en LATAM/Espagne et gagnent des salaires de niveau US.

C’est une vraie exigence, je ne vais pas vous la maquiller : il faut un B2 conversationnel. Si vous lisez de la documentation technique et tenez une réunion de 30 min en anglais, c’est suffisant — nous peaufinons le vocabulaire spécifique aux entretiens. Si vous êtes en A2 ou moins, ce programme n’est pas encore pour vous ; travaillez l’anglais d’abord.

Les bootcamps vous apprennent à coder. Ici c’est différent : nous travaillons le positionnement, les candidatures, les entretiens et la négociation — ce qui décide vraiment si vous recevez l’offre. Coder vous savez déjà (sinon vous ne seriez pas là). Le goulot d’étranglement est ailleurs.

Le programme demande 5 à 8 heures par semaine — l’équivalent d’une série. Ce que nous demandons, c’est de la constance, pas de l’intensité. Si vous ne pouvez vraiment pas tenir cela 6 mois, il est honnête de dire maintenant que le moment n’est pas le bon.

Soyons honnêtes : c’est 2 heures le mardi et 2 heures le vendredi. Si vous ne pouvez pas — ou ne voulez pas — bloquer ce créneau (demander une permission, déplacer une réunion, partir un peu plus tôt), le problème n’est pas l’agenda, c’est la priorité. Quand quelque chose compte vraiment pour vous, vous trouvez le moyen. Si vous n’en trouvez pas, ce programme n’est pas encore pour vous. Et franchement, si votre carrière n’est pas assez haut dans vos priorités pour dégager 2 heures par semaine, changer de niveau de salaire sera difficile — car progresser exige exactement ce type de décisions chaque semaine pendant 6 mois.

La moyenne est une augmentation de 40 % en 6 mois, mais certains concluent des offres dès les 2 premiers mois et d’autres mettent 8 mois. Cela dépend de votre niveau de départ, de la langue et de la constance avec laquelle vous appliquez la méthode.
