How to price online coaching without undervaluing your expertise

Pricing coaching is not about multiplying hours by your hourly rate. Here is how to structure packages, anchor value and raise prices without losing clients.

1. Sell transformation, not hours. A 12-week package with sessions, community and resources is not comparable to "4 x 60-minute sessions". Clients pay for the outcome you promise.

2. Use three offer tiers. Entry (strategy session or mini-program), core (group program or quarterly mentorship) and premium (intensive 1:1). This filters prospects and raises average ticket size.

3. Anchor value before price. Success stories, testimonials and the cost of not solving the problem justify the investment before you show numbers.

4. Raise prices with new cohorts. Do not change price mid-program; announce new pricing for the next edition. Real scarcity creates urgency.

5. Integrate payment and checkout. Every extra step between "yes I want" and "paid" reduces conversions. Wandari offers checkout, subscriptions and recurring payments on the same platform where you deliver your program.
